Our rental includes everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The studio features a full-size bed with sets of fresh linens, a comfortable seating area, Jbl music box, a large mirror, adjustable lighting to create the atmosphere you prefer, and two closet spaces for your belongings.
You’ll also have at least five fresh towels available during your stay. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in the building, and laundry supplies are provided.
Kitchen
The studio has a fully equipped kitchen area; however, cooking is not permitted.
For your convenience, you are welcome to use:

Bathroom
The bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, and mouthwash, so you can settle in without needing to bring the basics.
Everything is prepared before your arrival to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for your 24-hour rental.

Welcome! Please treat the studio with care and respect during your stay.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is at 9:00 AM and check-out is at 9:00 AM the following day. Your reservation includes a full 24-hour stay.
Any additional time past 9:00 AM will be charged at $100 per hour.
Security Deposit
A $300 security deposit is required for every reservation.
The deposit will be returned after check-out once the studio has been inspected and no damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or other violations of the house rules are found.
Any applicable charges may be deducted from the security deposit. If damages or additional charges exceed $300, the guest is responsible for the remaining balance.
No Smoking
Smoking, hookah, and marijuana are strictly prohibited inside the studio.
No Parties
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.
Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM, and be respectful of neighbors.
Cleanliness
Please keep the studio reasonably clean during your stay. Dispose of trash properly and do not leave excessive garbage, food, or dirty dishes behind.
Furniture & Property
Please do not move furniture without permission. Guests are responsible for any damage to furniture, appliances, linens, or other property during their stay.
Pets
No pets are allowed.
Safety
Candles and other open flames are not permitted.
Before Check-out
Please wash used dishes, remove all personal belongings, dispose of trash in the designated area, and leave the studio in reasonable condition. Place dirty towels in the bin in the bathroom and dirty bed linens in a bin in the closet.
Damages & Excessive Cleaning
Guests are responsible for the cost of damaged or missing items and any cleaning required beyond normal use. These costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
By booking and staying in the studio, you agree to follow these house rules and accept responsibility for the property during your reservation.
